Breakfast this morning was a delicious honey ancient grain porridge. I used a tsp of Organic Burst Wheatgrass powder and topped it off with fresh bananas, raspberries, blueberries,  blackberries, almonds, sweet coconut flakes, and a sprinkle of buckwheat. Yum!

Hello beautiful people! 
Meet my mean green health machine. 

Fill your magic bullet with
1.5 frozen bananas
3 Frozen figs
Half of a sweet yellow pear
Half of an avocado
1 tsp of honey flax almond butter
1 tsp of Organic Burst Wheatgrass
1 tsp of  Organic Burst Spirulina.

Add organic vanilla hemp milk

Blend until smooth

Top off with coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds,  and fresh kiwi.

Voilà!

Ingredients:
1 cup of organic buckwheat pancake mix
1 cup of spelt flour
3 tbsp of brown sugar 
2 tsp of aluminum - free baking powder 
2 mashed bananas 
2 cups of organic vanilla almond milk
4 tbsp of coconut oil

Nothing better than the smell of fluffy buckwheat pancakes in the morning.
