Today I’m kicking off with a Blueberry grape smoothie topped with deliciously nutritious pumpkin Flax granola, raw buckwheat, sweet coconut flakes, almonds, and fresh ripe strawberries.

Using the Vitamix
2 frozen bananas
1 whole golden pear (chopped)
1/2 tsp of Organic Burst spirulina
6 ripe black grapes
1/4 of an avocado
1 tsp raw almond butter
2 handfuls of frozen blueberries

Add organic vanilla hemp milk
Add ice

Blend until smooth.

Top off with fruits!

Enjoy!

Woke up with minimal sleep this morning due to a parade of nightmares followed by my housemate’s dog howling into the wee hours of the morning. Spectacular experience.  

So made a green, energizing smoothie bowl to get me through the day!


Using the Vitamix
2 frozen bananas
2 handfuls of frozen spinach
6 sweet green grapes
1/2 of an avocado
4 large organic baby carrots - chopped
1/2 tsp of Organic Burst Wheatgrass
1/2 tsp of Organic Burst chlorella
1 tsp of raw almond butter

Add organic vanilla almond milk
Add ice

Blend until smooth

Top off with bananas,  raw buckwheat,
Sweet coconut flakes, gogi berries, and an almond. 

Voilà!

Started my day off with this delicious bowl of Organic Burst Spirulina and brown sugar oats, topped off with nanners, strawberries,  almonds, a dollop of raw almond butter, and lots of squarebar nibs.

1/2 tsp of Organic Burst chlorella
1/2 tsp of Organic Burst spirulina

1 tsp of honey flax almond butter

Add organic hemp milk.
Add ice

Blend until smooth
Top off with your favorite frozen berries,
Oats, raw buckwheat,  sweet coconut flakes,  and bananas

Squarebar bowl for breakfast. 
I’ve been obsessed with these extremely  healthy vegan protein bars lately. 
They are an organic & Non-GMO project verified food. Contain 12g of Complete Protein, Gluten-Free, Dairy-Free, Soy-Free, Peanut-Free, and Corn-Free
Coconut Nectar Sweetened (Low Glycemic). They have no added “Natural Flavors”. They are coated with real Chocolate, and not to mention, absolutely delicious!
